Staff Training
Gentle Teaching Methodology Staff and some parents of the school have recently been involved in several days of training by the Dutch representative, Pouwel Van de Siepkamp, of the Gently Teaching Foundation in the Netherlands. We are very excited about this methodology for living and working with our children as it helps us to understand them and get along side them. We all live together in a close environment at the school, so empathy for each other is very important. For more information on the philosophy of this movement, click on the following link. |
